Return & Exchange Policy

Exchange

• Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from delivery date.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.

• Exchange is allowed for size or color only (same product).

• Customer covers shipping fees for exchanges.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days from delivery.

• Refunds are processed after product inspection.

• Used items or items without tags are not eligible for return.

• Shipping fees are deducted from the refunded amount.

Shipping

• Delivery time within Egypt: 2–5 business days.

• In case of order refusal, customer bears shipping costs both ways.

Important Notes

• Items purchased during promotions are non-refundable (exchange only).

• Manufacturing defects are fully covered (free exchange or return).
